Andrew Hall, Managing Director, NASDAQ
Andy has been with Nasdaq Listing Services since 2004, and has had various positions in the areas of Issuer Services & Market Intelligence. Andy has been on the New Listings team since 2007, and works with companies that are considering a Nasdaq listing. Andy has worked with companies that are moving from being a private to a public company in an IPO, and public companies that trade on the NYSE, NYSE American, Canadian Exchamges or OTC and are considering transferring, dual listing or uplisting to Nasdaq.


Robert Peterman, Vice-President, Global Business Development, TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, TMX Group
Robert is Vice-President, Global Business Development at Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). He is responsible for domestic and international activities for TSX and TSXV across new corporate listings and Exchange Traded Funds and Products. His group also covers capital development activities for TSX and TSXV in Canada and abroad. Combined, the exchanges are home to over 3,400 public issuers. During 2023 over 270 companies or ETFs went public on TSX and TSXV and $27B of equity capital was raised. Making TSX one of the largest exchanges in the world for raising equity capital and attracting corporate listings. Robert completed his MBA at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to working at TMX, Robert worked in Corporate Strategy for a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management. He was a member of the Ivey Entrepreneurship Council. Currently he is also a Director for SVX (Social Venture Exchange) formerly a joint venture between TMX Group and MARS.


Joe Racanelli, Vice President of Investor Relations, Electra Battery Materials Corporation
Joe is Vice President of Investor Relations with Electra Battery Materials Corporation, which is building North America’s only fully-integrated, localized, and environmentally sustainable battery materials park. He has more than 20 years of investor relations, marketing and corporate communications experience focusing on strategic metals. Over the years, Joe has led the communication efforts for complex financial transactions valued at more than $3 billion, helped five companies go public, scheduled more than 500 road show meetings and established strong relations with buy-side and sell-side contacts around the world. He is a frequent speaker on IR issues and topics. Joe is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Concordia University.


Alyssa Barry, CPIR, Principal & Co-Founder, irlabs (Moderator)
Alyssa is a Principal and Co-Founder at irlabs. She has over 15-years of investor relations, capital markets and corporate communications experience. An activist by nature, she has raised over $1 billion of capital, led some of Canada’s most successful activism campaigns, managed M&A transactions and enhanced board governance frameworks. She was formerly Head of Strategy – Operations and Communications at Artis REIT, Vice-President of Capital Markets and Communications at Sandpiper Group and Manager, Investor Relations at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. She is known for her agility, creative prose and relentless pursuit of success for her clients.
