Jessica brings over 20 years combined experience in television as a lifestyles program producer, in the resource sector for a mining publication, and at BTV, where she has worked with public companies to hone their capital markets strategies and help investors.
Darren Seed, President, Incite Capital Markets Inc.
Darren is the President of Incite Capital Markets Inc. He has worked extensively in both the Canadian and American capital markets with over 25 years of experience across various industries including Biotech, Fuel Cell, High Tech and the venture capital arena. Prior to starting Incite, Darren held executive-level capital markets and corporate finance positions for over 16 years at companies inter-listed on the TSX and NASDAQ stock exchanges. He has led a number of corporate transactions and has raised in excess of $800 million for those companies. His corporate banking and capital markets network is extensive and reaches throughout Europe and North America.
Awarded "Best Investor Relations Officer – Small or Mid-Cap" by the Globe and Mail and IR Magazine Canada, Darren also brings a comprehensive and established approach to investor relations and communications. He has executed successful IR programs with an international reach, resulting in significant increases and diversification in institutional shareholder ownership. Darren, a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute ("CIRI") since 2005, was on CIRI's National Board of Directors until 2017.
Stephen Williams, Vice President, Investor Relations, Lundin Mining
Stephen Williams is the Vice President, Investor Relations at Lundin Mining. He has over 15 years of capital markets, investor relations, corporate development, and operational experience.
Prior to joining Lundin Mining he was the Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Bluestone Resources and previous to that a member of the Metals & Mining investment banking team at Canaccord Genuity Corp, where he provided strategic advice to clients on acquisitions, mergers, and equity financings.
Stephen is a professional engineer by background having worked for Freeport-McMoRan in an operational and process development capacity. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
