Jonathan Hackshaw, Senior Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets, Information Services Corporation (ISC)
As Senior Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets for Information Services
Corporation (ISC), Jonathan is responsible for leading and delivering the investor
relations (including external communications) and capital markets strategies for the
company. He has a demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, manage
multiple stakeholders, execute complex projects and provide strategic counsel to boards
and executive teams. Prior to joining ISC, Jonathan led the investor relations and corporate communications
functions for companies in the mining sector. Jonathan has also held leadership positions with companies in the advertising and corporate communications service sector, providing consultancy and support services to several top tier companies in a
variety of other industries, including the financial services sector.
Ryall Stroud, Director, Capital Markets Strategy, Irwin
Ryall Stroud joined Irwin from RBC Capital Markets' Equity Research department in Toronto, where he spent close to four years covering Canadian and US publicly-listed companies in the industrials sector. While at RBC, Ryall supported the #1 ranked Canadian Industrials analyst covering over ten companies across North America and had primary coverage/lead analyst responsibilities for Exchange Income Corporation (TSX: EIF). Ryall has direct experience in M&A, equity research, and private and public company valuation. He holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Queen's University.
Ruth Winker, CPIR, Senior Director, Communications and Corporate Affairs, Jamieson Wellness
Ruth Winker is the Senior Director, Communications and Corporate Affairs at Jamieson Wellness (TSX:JWEL), Canada’s leading manufacturer and marketer of vitamins, minerals and supplements. Ruth began her career at Jamieson in marketing and public relations, developing and overseeing the company’s social media strategies and leading the creation and execution of consumer facing public relations campaigns. When Jamieson Wellness went public in 2017, Ruth took on the added responsibility of overseeing investor relations. She also works closely with company executives and other stakeholders to provide communications support and expertise for corporate and industry issues and projects. Ruth earned her Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) designation from the Canadian Investor Relations Institute and the Ivey School of Business at Western University in 2019.
