Karoline Hunter, Head, TSX Company Services, TMX Group
Karoline Hunter has over 15 years of experience in securities and corporate law, investor relations, communications, and marketing. She has developed and led investor relations and communications programs for both TSX and TSXV listed issuers. As the Head of Company Services at TSX based in Toronto, Karoline is dedicated to issuer education and building profile to drive change for positive growth.

Yvette Lokker, President & CEO, CIRI (Moderator)
Yvette Lokker has been the President & CEO of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) since January 2013. She joined CIRI in 2008 as the Director of Communications and Professional Development and was promoted to Vice President in the fall of 2011. Yvette oversees the strategic direction of the organization and executes the business plan. She was responsible for establishing the first investor relations certification program in North America. Prior to joining CIRI, Yvette was the Manager, Investor Relations at MDS Inc. where she assisted in developing and directing the investor relations strategies and activities for seven years. Yvette has a BSc. in Chemistry and a Business Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has completed the Strategic Management of Investor Relations program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, the Canadian Securities Course and the Governance Essentials Program for Directors of Not-For-Profit Organizations at the Rotman School of Management.

Stacey Pavlova, Vice President, Investor Relations & Communications, Faraday Copper Corp.
Stacy is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in the mining industry within the spheres of investor relations, finance, and metal sales. Most recently, Ms. Pavlova was the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at New Pacific Metals, a NYSE American and TSX-listed exploration stage mining company, focused on the discovery and development of silver assets. In this capacity, Ms. Pavlova was involved in setting the strategic communications direction of the company and was responsible for establishing and executing the investor relations plan. Prior to that, Ms. Pavlova held various positions in investor relations, treasury, and metal sales with SSR Mining, an intermediate precious metals producer with operations in the U.S., Canada, Turkey, and Argentina. Ms. Pavlova volunteers as a Board member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (“CIRI”), a member of the CIRI audit committee and a Chair of the CIRI British Columbia chapter. Ms. Pavlova holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst and is a graduate of the University of Denver, where she completed a Master’s in Finance degree.
