Jordan Fisher, Vice President, Business Development, AlphaSense Market Intelligence
Jordan has spent the last four years working with investor relations professionals in his role of VP Business Development at AlphaSense Market Intelligence. He currently oversees the investor relations practice for Energy, Industrials and Pro Services across North America and Latin America.


Arne Gulstene, Head, TSX Company Services (Moderator)
Arne Gulstene is the Head of TSX Company Services for the Pacific region of North America for TMX Group. He has been actively coaching C-Suite teams and Boards for over a decade on various aspects of managing a public company. He leads and facilitates the TMX Group’s Growth Accelerator, an education and mentorship initiative. Arne guides executives and boards on strategy related to Board Governance, ESG matters, Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Capital Markets. In addition to a degree in Economics (Calgary), Arne holds a Master in Business, (Dalhousie), is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB), and holds the designation, GPC.D from the Governance Professional of Canada and is a graduate of the Innovation Governance Program from the Canadian Council of Innovators.

Tessa Jolly, Associate, Investor Relations, Eldorado Gold
Tessa Jolly is Investor Relations, Associate with Eldorado Gold, a Vancouver-based gold producer with assets in Turkiye, Canada, Greece and Romania. Tessa supports the VP, Investor Relations in the development and execution of the Investor Relations Program and strategy, with the objective to deliver comprehensive Investor Relations activities and communications to shareholders, potential investors, analysts, bankers and retail brokers. Tessa brings over 12 years of communications experience, specializing in shareholder activism, M&A, corporate governance, and social media for public companies. Tessa is a current member and Director of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), and a non-executive Director of Women In Mining BC.

Sara Pearson, Director, Investor Relations, Q4 Inc.
Sara Pearson is the Director of Investor Relations at Q4 Inc., a leading capital markets communication platform company based in Toronto, Ontario, where she has led the investor relations program since the beginning of 2022. Ms. Pearson is an experienced investor relations professional with an established history working in the capital markets industry for over seven years. She has held a variety of investor relations consulting roles, including supporting clients at Q4 Inc. and National Public Relations. Prior to her work in investor relations, she worked in equity sales at CIBC World Markets. Ms. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and has completed the CSC & CPH courses with the Canadian Securities Institute.
