The conference is being held at the Fairmont Tremblant, in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. Tremblant sits at the foot of the majestic Laurentian peaks, tucked in to the heart of the region’s most picturesque village, and the resort itself is an architectural masterpiece, based on the legends of Quebec.
CIRI has arranged rooms at the Fairmont Tremblant at a special rate of $209 single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes (rate/space is guaranteed until May 13, 2008). From Montreal’s Trudeau Airport, it is a 1.5 hour drive to the Fairmont Tremblant.
All delegates are invited to take advantage of the Express Coach Service provided by CIRI. Coaches will run from Montreal Airport to Mont Tremblant for Saturday, June 15 and Sunday June 15. Service will be hourly on the hour from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Upon arrival at the Montreal airport you will be met by CIRI's greeters. The greeters will be at the Arrivals Level near the baggage carousel, and will then direct you to the coach for boarding. Coaches will also return delegates to airport after the conference has ended on Tuesday, June 17. Service on Tuesday will run at 4:30, 5:00 and 6:00 pm.

Please note that you can also schedule a taxi or contact a car rental agency to come to Tremblant. This should be organized by each individual prior to arriving or at arrival at the Montreal Airport.
