Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received after May 1 are subject to a $150 administration fee. Substitutions are accepted with appropriate fee adjustment; please notify CIRI in writing.

Registrants who cancel after May 20 or do not attend the conference are liable for the entire registration fee.

Please note that golf and activity bookings are considered firm unless cancelled by June 1, 2008. Substitutions permitted at any time.

The 12th Annual Golf Tournament starts at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 15. La Bęte is a championship golf course, which is quickly gaining a reputation as one of Canada’s best. It offers everything the discriminating golfer cares about: immaculate grooming, bent grass tees, pristine greens and fairways, and a variety of challenging holes. This 6825-yard, 18-hole course, designed by reknowned architect Graham Cooke, offers spectacular vistas and requires strategic play. Winding along elevated plateaus, offering majestic views of the Laurentian mountains and the Devils’ River, La Bęte’s beautiful natural setting makes it a Tremblant favourite. Green fees of $125 plus GST include cart and lunch. Information about club rentals and other details will follow.

Join CNW Group for a 5k Fun Run along Mont Tremblant’s multifunctional trail. Suitable for all skill levels, from beginner to competitive, runners will enjoy the beautiful, scenic route along the Diable River and local golf course. Non-golfers will want to participate in either a rock climbing excursion of the Quebec Laurentians or challenge themselves on one of many cross-country biking trails available at this spectacular location. Rock climbing is $95 plus GST per person. Biking is $80 plus GST per person. Book early as space is limited for each activity.

Spouses/guests are welcome to attend all evening functions. A guest is a spouse, significant other or friend who is not in an IR-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the IR Profession is not considered a guest. You may register and obtain a name badge for your spouse/guest at the CIRI Registration Desk. Spouses/guests must have name badges to attend evening functions. Evening events are for adult professional networking and are not suitable for young children.

Senior IROs will receive a special invitation to attend these sessions throughout the conference as identified in the program.
