How do I register?
You can register now for the 2008 Annual Conference. Registrations are accepted online, or you can request a copy of the Conference Registration form and return via fax. Payment must be received with your registration.

How do I make my hotel reservations?
CIRI has arranged rooms at the Fairmont Tremblant at a special rate of $209.00 single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes (rate/space is guaranteed until May 13, 2008). Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel at 1 (877) 277-3767 or by emailing cmt.reservations@fairmont.com. Ask for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute group rate.

Is there a way I can confirm that my conference registration has been received?
A confirmation of your registration is sent via email after payment has been processed.

What should I wear?
Casual business attire (no jeans) is appropriate for all sessions. Proper golf clothing is required on the course; all players must wear a collared shirt, and soft-soled shoes or golf shoes with soft spikes. Denim jeans are not permitted on the golf course.

Can I bring a guest? Children?
Spouses/guests are welcome to attend all evening functions. A guest is a spouse, significant other or friend who is not in an IR-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the IR Profession is not considered a guest. You may register and obtain a name badge for your spouse/guest at the CIRI Registration Desk. Spouses/guests must have name badges to attend evening functions. Evening events are for adult professional networking and are not suitable for young children.
