The Exhibitor Showcase provides a valuable opportunity to compare information products and new communication technologies that can maximize the effectiveness of your investor relations program.

There will be a number of opportunities to visit the Exhibit Hall during the Conference, including all breakfasts and breaks on Monday and Tuesday and an evening Welcome reception on Sunday.

On behalf of CIRI and all CIRI members, a sincere thank you to all in the vendor community who have supported Canadian investor relations practitioners by sponsoring CIRI events and projects.

We urge CIRI members to express their thanks in person by stopping by a Conference Exhibitor Booth, reading a Newsline ad, or investigating a Resource Link on ciri.org.

This is an opportunity to meet with potential new clients and showcase your organizations goods or services with signage and promotional materials at your booth. Activities such as breakfasts, breaks, luncheons and receptions all take place in the exhibit hall ensuring the delegates presence in the hall.

Exhibitor benefits include:

• One 8' x 10' exhibit booth in exhibit hall
• One registration pass with full access to all conference activities, except Sunday sports activities. Additional staff must have a paid registration. Partial registrations are not available.
• Opening reception, all breaks, breakfasts, lunch and theme reception held in Exhibit Hall
• 300 word description of your organization in Conference Program Guide. This description must be received by April 30, 2008 for guide inclusion. To be guaranteed, send to Andrea Buddin abuddin@ciri.org
• Company name and booth location listed on website
• List of conference attendees with company name only

Price: $3,500/$2,500 (depending on location, +5% GST)

Exhibitors will assume the arrangement for and the cost of shipping and handling of customized booths and additional services such as electrical needs and telephone and data lines, booth signage and decor.
