Judy Cotte joined the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance last year as General Counsel and Director of Policy Development. Prior to joining the CCGG, she completed her Masters degree in securities law while working on a variety of special projects for various branches of the Ontario Securities Commission, including the Office of Domestic and International Affairs, Enforcement and Corporate Finance. Prior to that, she was Senior Litigation Counsel with the OSC where she prosecuted offences under the Securities Act including misleading disclosure, market manipulation and insider trading. Prior to joining the OSC, Judy was litigation counsel for BMO Nesbitt Burns and prior to that, a partner in a mid-sized Bay Street law firm.

Wesley J. Hall
President and CEO, Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc.
Wes has over 15 years experience in Corporate Governance and Shareholder Communications. He founded Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc. in 2003, Kingsdale Communications Inc. in 2009 and has been sought out to lead some of the highest profile deals in North America including Petro Canada’s $19 billion merger with Suncor Energy. Wes acts as director on the board of Metallic Ventures Gold Inc. and Limited Market Dealers Association of Canada (LMDA). Wes is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2009 award recipient in Ontario.
<b>Michelle Tan </b>
Michelle Tan
Team Leader for Canada Research, RiskMetrics Group
Michelle Tan is a Senior Research Analyst and Team Lead for the Canadian Governance Team at RiskMetrics Group Inc. In her role, she focuses on corporate governance and compensation issues in the financial services sector. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in business management and fine art history. In her spare time, she is an avid sailor.
