| Write it Right is an intensive one-day workshop for professionals in investor relations, financial services and the securities industry. It is designed to help make your writing more effective and dynamic.
Tailored to professionals in the financial and securities industries, this intensive workshop will help anyone who writes or edits annual reports, quarterlies, speeches, press releases, management’s discussion and analysis (MD&A), websites, newsletters and memos.
Award-winning journalist Bernard Simon, Canadian correspondent for the Financial Times of London, will introduce you to examples of good and bad business writing and explain the differences between them. You will learn The Ten Commandments of writing-it-right, with numerous tips on how to obey them. A substantial part of the day will be spent on hands-on quizzes, exercises and discussion.
