  • Increased seniority and influence: Almost one-third (32%) of respondents are vice presidents, senior vice presidents or executive vice presidents
  • Growing accountability and sophistication: Two-thirds use at least one formal measure of IR effectiveness
  • Growing compensation despite economic uncertainty and low inflation: An average total cash compensation of $165,160 for those who spent 50% or more of their time on IR

Guide to Developing an Investor Relations Program - Second Edition $300.00 (members)
$500.00 (non-members)
December 11, 2006
This IR staple was originally published in 2001 and is intended for those new to investor relations and companies looking to establish a sound IR program.

No comprehensive program exists that teaches the unique combination of skills and knowledge required to be successful in investor relations. Those new to the IR function are often overwhelmed by the responsibilities and uncertain where to begin, and what questions to ask.

This second edition of CIRI’s Guide to Developing an IR Program assists IR practitioners in setting up and maintaining an effective IR program. It includes a sample IR activities calendar, 2 case studies, an appendix of communication tools, examples of potentially material information, and a glossary of IR terms.
