In July 2010, Bob Tait assumed the role of Vice President of Investor Relations for IAMGOLD Corporation, a leading mid-tier gold mining company producing approximately one million ounces annually from six gold mines on three continents and also operates Niobec, a niobium mine in Quebec. Mr. Tait has over 20 years of IR experience. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Tait was VP, Investor Relations for First Uranium Corporation for over three years. Prior to that, Mr. Tait was President and CEO of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute ("CIRI"); Director, Investor Relations at Canadian Tire Corporation Limited; VP, Investor Relations at Eldorado Gold; and Manager, Investor Relations at Abitibi-Consolidated. Mr. Tait has focused his career on investor relations since 1987 and was very involved in the national and chapter CIRI Boards and a member of the NIRI Board in the US. He completed the Strategic Management of Investor Relations program at the Richard Ivey School of Business. Mr. Tait is a member of the Ontario Securities Commission's Continuous Disclosure Advisory Committee.
