Jay Adelaar
Vice President, Investor Relations, Auryn Resources Inc.

Jay Adelaar has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for the past 7 years. In that time he has been involved with two companies; from the inception of Cayden Resources in 2010 to the acquisition by Agnico Eagle in 2014 for over $200m. The second company Auryn Resources, has grown from a market cap of less then $10m in 2014 to a TSX and NYSE American listed company with a market cap of over $250m. Jay has been involved in every aspect of Investor Relations including engaging with institutional analysts, equity raising and helping deliver a clear and concise message to shareholders.

Rhylin Bailie
Vice President, Investor Relations, Trek Mining Inc.

Rhylin is the VP Investor Relations for Trek Mining Inc. Rhylin brings a diverse skill set to this position, with a background in both science and finance and more than 10 years of investor relations experience. Rhylin is a graduate of University of Waterloo, Ontario, where she completed a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree with a double major in Resource Studies and Biology and a minor in English.


Brady Fletcher
Managing Director, TSX Venture Exchange

Brady Fletcher joined TMX Group in October 2016 and is the Managing Director of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV). He is responsible for not only optimizing the client experience for all issuers and investors, but developing and implementing a multi-faceted strategy to drive sustainable long-term growth in a key element of the world’s most successful capital formation continuum. Based in Vancouver, Mr. Fletcher has spent his career in Canada’s venture market, with specialized experience working with growth stage issuers to develop financing, M&A and business development strategies. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Vancouver-based Sea to Sky Equities Inc., an independent advisory practice working with early stage companies. Mr. Fletcher was also Founder & CEO of Blackbook Technologies Inc., a start-up technology firm. Previously, he served as Director of Strategic Relationships at Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital and held senior investment banking positions at Canaccord Genuity Corp. Mr. Fletcher holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Queen’s University.

Andrew Greig
Director, Investor Relations, Pure Multi-Family REIT LP

Andrew is an experienced Investor Relations professional with over 15 years of experience who heads the investor relations function for three companies: Pure Multi-Family REIT LP a Vancouver based REIT LP that acquires multi-family apartment properties in the US Sunbelt states; WesternOne Inc. a TSX listed company that seeks to acquire and grow businesses in the construction and infrastructure services sectors in Western Canada; and Sunstone Realty Advisors a commercial real estate fund that invests in value-add commercial real estate properties in Canada and the USA. Previously, Andrew led the Investor Relations function for Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust from 2006 to 2016, and American Hotel Income Properties REIT LP from 2013 to 2017. Since 2003, Andrew has completed 16 IPO’s and his companies have participated over 60 equity financings raising over $3.1 billion in equity capital. These businesses acquired 50 shopping centres, 116 hotels, 30 apartment communities, 180 industrial buildings, 11 FedEx Ground distribution facilities, and 13 private companies during Andrew’s tenure. Andrew is a graduate of B.C.I.T.’s Marketing Management program and has an MBA from Simon Fraser University.

Arne Gulstene
Regional Head, TSX Company Services

Arne Gulstene is a Regional Head of the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange’s TSX Company Services Group. Arne and is based out of Vancouver. He works closely with listed companies in Western North America, Australia and China on compliance and disclosure, investor relations, corporate development and activities, and buy/sell side management strategies. Prior to joining TMX Group in 2007, Arne worked in increasingly senior finance and banking positions. Arne has a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Jerry Huang
Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations, Energold Drilling Corp.

Mr. Huang, CPA. MBA., started his career at Tier 1 bank in Canada managing over $120M for HNW clients before joining award-winning executive roles at prominent junior mining companies. Junior mining companies he was part of included: TNR Gold (JV with McEwan Mining on large $16B copper project Los Azules) and International Lithium, the first lithium company on TSXV in 2010 which received IPO funding from the largest battery company in China, oil sands technology play, and most recently a cobalt explorer. He continues to serve in corporate development and investor relations roles with both Energold Drilling Group, a global drilling service provider with office in 20 countries drilling for miners, energy companies, and diversified clients, and silver explorer-producer, IMPACT Silver which has produced over 8M ounces of silver and hold one of the oldest mining districts in Mexico. His IR efforts have been recognized by IR Magazine where Energold won best IR by small cap company and both companies were Toronto Stock Exchange Venture 50 companies in 2016 - returning over 500% for investors. Mr. Huang graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from University of British Columbia with exchanges at JiaoTong University in Shanghai and Europe. He also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.

Salisha Hosein Ilyas
Director, Professional Development & Sponsorship, CIRI

Salisha is Director of Professional Development and Sponsorship at the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI), where she oversees program content development for the Annual Conference, Essentials of IR and CIRI National regional events. Prior to joining CIRI, Salisha held progressively senior investor relations roles at Canadian- and UK-listed mining companies. Salisha has a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Schulich School of Business. She has completed the Corporate Communications Certificate Program at Seneca College and the Canadian Securities Course.

Yvette Lokker
President and CEO, CIRI

Yvette Lokker is the President & CEO of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI). Yvette joined CIRI in 2008 as the Director of Communications and Professional Development and was promoted to Vice President in the fall of 2011. In addition to her many accomplishments, Yvette was responsible for establishing the first investor relations certification program in North America in partnership with the Richard Ivey School of Business. Prior to joining CIRI, Yvette was the Manager, Investor Relations at MDS Inc. where she assisted in developing and directing the investor relations strategies and activities for seven years. Yvette has a BSc. in Chemistry and a Business Diploma from Wilfrid Laurier University. She has completed the Strategic Management of Investor Relations program at the Richard Ivey School of Business and the Canadian Securities Course.

Vanessa Pickering
Manager, Investor Relations, ATAC Resources Ltd.

Vanessa Pickering has 13 years of junior mineral exploration company experience with a focus on marketing and communications. Before joining ATAC Resources Ltd., she managed corporate communications for Laurentian Goldfields Ltd. and for StrataGold Corporation prior to that. Ms. Pickering has worked closely with public company board and management teams to secure analyst coverage, assist with equity financings and implement internal procedures to ensure open and transparent communications between public companies and their shareholders. She has also worked with Catana Consulting and Equity Exploration Consultants Ltd. providing community and First Nations relations to a variety of mineral exploration companies.

Michael Rapsch
Vice President, Corporate Communications, SilverCrest Metals Inc.

Michael Rapsch has a decade of in-depth investor relations and corporate communications experience. He joins SilverCrest Metals after four years at SilverCrest Mines Inc. He was responsible for the implementation, management and execution of all marketing and investor relations related programs, including but not limited to communicating with retail and institutional investors across North America and Europe. During Mr. Rapsch's tenure at SilverCrest Mines it was nominated as a finalist at the 17th annual IR Magazine Reward in the category for "Best IR by a TSX Venture Exchange-listed company" in 2014, and SilverCrest Metals was recognized as a TSX Venture 50 company in 2017.
