Exhibitors

The Exhibitor Showcase provides a valuable opportunity for suppliers to meet with Canada's IROs. As suppliers, make sure you take advantage of the opportunity to inform your target audience about the benefits of your products and services and demonstrate how you can maximize the effectiveness of their investor relations program.

There will be a number of opportunities to visit the Exhibit Hall during the Conference including: Sunday reception; Monday reception; breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday; lunch on Monday; and all breaks on Monday and Tuesday.

We urge CIRI members to visit each of the booths in the Exhibit Hall. As practitioners, you should know the latest in IR products and services that can help make you more successful in your role.

Become An Exhibitor

This is an opportunity to meet with potential new clients and showcase your organizations goods or services with signage and promotional materials at your booth. Activities such as breakfasts, breaks, luncheons and receptions take place in the exhibit hall ensuring the delegates presence in the hall.

Exhibitor benefits include:

• One 8'D x 10'W x 8'H exhibit booth in exhibit hall.
• One complimentary registration, 2011 Annual Conference. Partial registrations are not available.
• Opening reception Sunday, all breaks, breakfasts, lunch and Monday night reception are held in Exhibit Hall.
• 300 word description of your organization in the Conference Program Guide. This description must be received by April 15, 2011 for guide inclusion. To be guaranteed inclusion, send to Karen Clutsam by the due date.
• Company name and booth location listed on website.
• List of conference attendees with company name.
