Linda Armstrong, CPIR
IR and Communications Consultant

Linda Armstrong is an experienced investor relations professional who enjoys building solid relationships with the investing community and enhancing investor relations programs for listed companies. Linda has more than 13 years' experience as an IRO and has worked with a variety of firms in the mining, technology, real estate and oil and gas sectors. Linda has developed strategic IR and communications programs as an internal IRO as well as a consultant for several large and small cap firms on the TSX and the NYSE. Previously Linda held the positions of VP Corporate Development, VP Sales and Marketing and VP Sales and Operations with BCE Emergis' newswire division. Linda graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. Linda also holds the designation of CPIR, from the IVEY Business School and CIRI. She currently serves on the CIRI Ontario Board of Directors.

Todd Coupland
Managing Director, CIBC World Markets

Todd Coupland is a managing director at CIBC World Markets Inc. He has been part of the investment community since 1988 and joined CIBC World Markets in April 1994. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, he was a financial analyst for Sprott Securities Limited and McNeil Mantha Inc. in Toronto. Todd’s specialty is the technology sector where he covers the stocks of Celistica, RIM, Nortel and Sierra Wireless, to name a few. Todd is a graduate of Andrews University earning both a BSc in Political Economy and a BA in Business Administration. He is also a chartered financial analyst.

Christian Green
AVP, Investor Relations and Compliance, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust

Christian Green is AVP Investor Relations and Compliance of RioCan REIT, Canada’s largest real estate investment trust. RioCan, headquartered in Toronto, is involved in the ownership, management, development, leasing, acquisition and redevelopment of retail properties. Currently, RioCan has an ownership interests in 300 properties totalling more than 46 million square feet. Prior to joining RioCan in June of 2009, he led Standard & Poor’s Canadian real estate ratings team covering the Canadian CMBS and REIT Sectors as well as the Canadian Servicer Rankings. Prior to this he worked in a number of progressive positions at Foresters, as part of the investment team managing a portfolio of REIT and CMBS investments. Christian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Minerva Isovski
Executive Director, ECM, Head of Corporate Access, CIBC Capital Markets

Minerva Isovski joined CIBC Capital Markets in August 1995 and the Equity Capital Markets Group in October 1997. Ms. Isovski is responsible for managing the Corporate Access Team, which includes the execution and origination of all Capital Markets equity transactions, and for all Marketed Offerings: IPOs, Non-Deal Roadshows, Research Analyst, Retail Structured Products and Conferences.
Prior to joining the Equity Capital Markets group, Ms. Isovski worked in Investment Banking and Risk Management. Since joining the group she has worked on over 3,500 financings, including over 1,300 CIBC Capital Markets lead mandates. Ms. Isovski is actively involved in a variety of committees, including Corporate Sponsorships and Community Service. She was named the top national fund-raiser in 2014 for the CIBC Run for the Cure, raising over $47k to help find a cure for cancer. She was a top fund raiser from 2014 to 2016, raising north of $170k in her 18 years involvement with the Foundation.

Karen Keyes
Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Aimia Inc.

Karen Keyes Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Aimia Inc. Karen Keyes joined Aimia as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations in January 2013, relocating from the UK to Canada. Prior to joining Aimia, Karen held the role of Head of Investor Relations of Logica plc (LSE, EURONEXT: LOG) from 2006 until its acquisition by CGI in August 2012. Between 2004 and 2006, Karen headed IR at Marconi (LSE, NASDAQ: MONI) where she was involved in the disposal of its telecommunications equipment business to Ericsson. She started her career at Nortel Networks in 1994 and worked in business development and government relations working in both Canada and the UK.

Graham MacKenzie
Sr. Account Manager, Equity Trading , Equity Markets, TMX Group Ltd.

Graham MacKenzie joined the TMX in 2016 as a Senior Account Manager. His responsibilities include managing the TSX's relationship with the 5 Canadian banks. Graham is a former equity trader with nearly 20 years of experience, including Head of Canadian Trading Desk at Liquidnet Canada. Graham was a pioneer in the Canadian portfolio trading business. He began his trading career as an options trader on the floor of the TSX. Before joining Liquidnet, Graham worked at CIBC as Executive Director, Equity Markets where his responsibilities included Portfolio Trading, Head of the Retail Execution Services and Retail Block Trading desks. Prior to CIBC, Graham worked at RBC Capital Markets as Director, Global Equities. At both CIBC and RBC, Graham was responsible for managing their corporate trading relationships where he advised issuers on corporate buybacks, building toehold positions and disposing minority stakes.

Paul O'Hea
Co-Head, Liability Trading, Scotiabank

Paul O’Hea joined the Equity Sales and Trading team at Scotiabank in 2011 and brings over 10 years of institutional trading experience from both RBC and Merrill Lynch. As Managing Director and Co-Head of Liability Trading Paul is responsible for managing the equity risk positions at Scotia, market making in Canadian listed companies and covering institutional clients. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.



Jonathan Pinto
VP, Investor Relations, Genworth MI Canada Inc.

Jonathan presently holds the position of Vice President, Investor Relations with Genworth Canada, where he works directly with senior management to service the needs of the investment community including equity research professionals, public shareholders, and debtholders. Jonathan's background prior to his current role includes a number of years with Manulife Financial, including roles with increasing responsibilities in Investor Relations and Treasury Finance. Prior to the corporate world, his experience included progressively senior roles in investment banking and equity research with top-tier global and multi-national firms, including Citigroup, Scotia Capital and Société Générale, covering a number of sector verticals including natural resources, financial institutions and real estate. In his various roles, Jonathan successfully liaised with key external stakeholders and worked on numerous high profile transactions and projects. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, a Master of Business Administration (Finance major) from the University of Windsor and a Master of Laws (Business Law specialization) from Osgoode Hall Law School.

Leila Rafi
Partner, McMillan LLP

Leila Rafi is a partner in McMillan’s Capital Markets and M&A Group in Toronto. She advises on a broad range of corporate and securities law matters and has a highly transactional practice. She has a particular expertise in investment funds and asset management and also advises on D&O indemnification and corporate governance matters. For a number of years, Ms. Rafi acted as an adjunct professor for the advanced business law course offered by the University of Windsor law school and the January term securities law course offered by the University of Western Ontario law school. She is also the course leader on an annual basis for a course offered by Federated Press for legal professionals. Ms. Rafi received her BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 2001 with first class standing and her LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 2005. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2006.

Rick Robertson

Professor Emeritus, Ivey Business School

Rick Robertson is Professor Emeritus, previously Associate Professor of Managerial Accounting and Control, at Ivey Business School. He has a BA in Business Administration, and an MBA and PhD from Western University. He earned a CA with Ernst & Young and has completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course for practicing tax specialists. In 1991, to increase his practical tax knowledge, he began working full-time for Ernst & Young as a Senior Tax Manager in the London office. After two years of client service in the tax area, he returned to Ivey Business School and began the process of developing a managerially-oriented tax course.

Robertson's research interests lie in the area of accounting for corporate income taxes and the provision of pension benefits by corporations. He has taught extensively on professional accounting programs, has served on several committees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario (ICAO) and was an elected council member of the ICAO for five years. He is currently one of two Ontario representatives on the CICA's International Qualifications Appraisal Committee. He was also involved in the development of a new accounting standard in Corporate Income Tax. He was a director of Stackpole Ltd., a TSX-listed company, serving as chair of the audit committee and currently is the audit committee chair for ADB Systems International Ltd.

Jacqueline Wagenaar, CPIR
Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, Guyana Goldfields Inc.

Ms. Wagenaar has over 10 years of experience in investor relations. She currently is the Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications for Guyana Goldfields, a mid-tier gold producer primarily focused on the exploration, development and operation of gold deposits in Guyana, South America. Since joining the Company in 2009, Ms. Wagenaar has been responsible for all marketing, communications, and investor relations initiatives for the Company. Prior to Guyana Goldfields, she led investor relations programs for several other Canadian mining companies with international assets, as well as various sustainable technology and e-commerce technology companies. Ms. Wagenaar studied Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a Certified Professional in Investor Relations (CPIR) from the Richard Ivey School of Business. She is currently an Ontario Chapter Executive for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and is an engaged IR advocate within the profession.

Ann Wilkinson
Vice President, Investor Relations, TMAC Resources Inc.

Ann has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry in both investor relations and other management roles. Prior to joining TMAC Resources Inc. she worked with a number of mining companies including GoldQuest Mining Corp, Orvana Minerals Corp., Colossus Minerals Inc, and Breakwater Resources Ltd. Ann joined Breakwater in January 1995 and served in several capacities. She was appointed Vice President, Investor Relations, from October 2005 until September 2011 when Nyrstar NV purchased Breakwater in a friendly transaction. Ann has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario as well as the Canadian Securities Course.
